Bandar Malaysia is a large-scale, mixed-use, transit-oriented development (TOD) on a 486-acre site in southern Kuala Lumpur, built on the former Sungai Besi Airport.


The Concept
The project includes a High-Speed Rail (HSR) terminus, connecting to Singapore, and will serve as a major public transportation hub for KTM Komuter, KLIA Transit, and the MRT Putrajaya Line. It is designed to be an international business hub, a global investment destination, and a city with residential, commercial, and leisure components, including affordable housing and a large public park. The project is overseen by Bandar Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a company under the Ministry of Finance, with the goal of boosting economic activity, creating jobs, and attracting investment for Malaysia's development
Integrated township for all
Kota Seriemas is a master planned township spanning 2418 acres of lush greenery and serene lakes. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM11 billion, it is a key project by PNB Development Sdn. Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia's leading investment conglomerate Permodalan Nasional Berhad.
Concept Design
The integrated development is currently made up of residences, a golf and country club with an 18-hole international standard public golf course, a university and retail and commercial spaces.
