The Concept
Kota Seriemas township has been carefully planned to provide a perfect place for people to live life to the fullest. With eight linked lakes and parks surrounding residential, well designed bicycle tracks & first ever bicycle station in Nilai for leisure, commercial areas and a network of highways for easy accessibility, a place truly a dream for all tenants who will be working there. Our vision is to transform landbanks into a regional centre for business, wellness and leisure.
Integrated township for all
Kota Seriemas is a master planned township spanning 2418 acres of lush greenery and serene lakes. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM11 billion, it is a key project by PNB Development Sdn. Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia's leading investment conglomerate Permodalan Nasional Berhad.
Concept Design
